gaing all the weight back. i mean i hear it all the time on the internet. they start to eat again and gain all the weight back. but i guese what im trying to ask is if you do it then start eating agian but healthy and do some excersise can you keep the weight off.

Is there a way to exercise and not gain muscle because I have heard that muscle weighs more than fat and you get that when you exercise. Well I am a lot overweight right now and I am scared that since I have been working out that I will get muscle and then I will weigh even more. Because I already weigh a whole lot more than I should and I don't want to weigh even more?

I woke up late today, used the same mouth wash as always and starting eating lunch. Everything tastes metallic! The grape juice, the fish, the ketchup, the fruit, everything! It's actually nauseating. I don't know why this is happening because I didn't have any drinks last night.

In a possibly related event, I haven't gained a pound over Christmas. In fact, I've lost at least five pounds, even though I've been eating all kinds of pies and cookies and fatty dinners. What's going on?
