I jump rope, and jump on my trampoline. Also I do situps and pushups. I also have a wii and I bowl and box on it everyday. I want to lose some weight, and I'm 5'5 and I weight 110. I have excessive fat in my lower stomach, thighs, and I also have pretty big obliques. I want to lose weight in those areas, is this good exercise for that?
I am female, and I will be 17 in september, if this helps.

I been in weight watchers for about a month now and at first I lost 5 pounds then I stopped losing weight. My friend thinks I'm gaining muscle instead. I work out at the gym for about 30min – 1 hr. And I eat all my points and I don't go over the point limit. I'm feeling a little depressed can I have some advice please
