Diet Rules For Cheaters…how do you cheat?

If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.

If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar, the calories in the candy bar are cancelled out by the diet soda.

When you eat with someone else, calories don’t count if you don’t eat more than they do.

Food used for medicinal purposes NEVER count, such as hot chocolate, brandy, toast and Sara Lee Cheesecake.

If you fatten up everyone else around you, then you look thinner.

Movie related foods (Milk Duds, Buttered Popcorn, Junior Mints, Red Hots, Tootsie Rolls, etc.) do not have additional calories because they are part of the entertainment package and not part of one’s personal fuel.

Cookie pieces contain no fat– the process of breaking causes fat leakage. Exception: Cookies sold by TEXAS D’LITES distributors. Great "Meal Replacement" with little or no FAT content, low in calories, lots of fiber, protein, and other nutritional ingredients.

Things licked off knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something. Examples are peanut butter on a knife making a sandwich and ice cream on a spoon making a sundae.

Foods that have the same color have the same number of calories. Examples are: spinach and pistachio ice cream; mushrooms and white chocolate. NOTE:

Chocolate is a universal color and may be substituted for any other food color.

Foods that are frozen have no calories because calories are units of heat. Examples are ice cream, frozen pies, and Popsicles.

Trying to lose 15 pounds and want to lose it FAST.?

i’m 5 feet tall, and about 128 pounds.
I want soooo badly to lose 15 pounds.
so i’m trying to lose the weight fast, Just like those ppl do for beauty pageants and stuff. Ha i just wanna lose it very quickly.

so far today i’ve had:

Breakfast:Normally i eat breakfast, but i didn’t have any time to today.
Lunch:Subway salad. (grilled chicken, cheese and lettuce) with non-fat dressing. i didn’t use all the dressing.
Snacks:there’s a recipe for chocolate chip cookies i found in a seventeen magazine and it’s made of whole wheat flour, and it’s healthier. i had ONE cookie. i had like 3 popscicles and i know that’s alot–but they’re only 15 calories each.
Dinner: not had that yet.

I know that just because the cookies are healthier, doesn’t mean i can have them on this diet. But i will not eat this way. The popscicles were sugar free.

Anyway.. I’m hoping to LIKE what i see on the scale next sunday. What exercising should i do this week and if i continue to eat around 500 to 600 calories a day, how much weight will i lose this week?
and if you have any ideas for me, just please tell me how much weight i will lose each week from your plan.

sooo im planning to start my diet soon. and i know this is going to be one heck of a difficult task (hehe)anyway, i was wondering if its ok to have the same foods i always eat, but in "healthier" and smaller versions( for example, instead of a cookie, eat an apple, etc)

OR

if i should just follow a diet listed on the internet?

(ps, i will exercise alot, drink plenty of water, etc)

so my question is,
should i eat "healthier versions" of what i normally eat, or should i follow a strict diet?

(im trying to have a flat stomach, and in order for that i have to loose weight on the whole body)

They like to poke fun at me if i diet? They are both overweight and i know they are not happy with their bodies. The put pressure on me to eat food like cookies and things i don’t feel like eating sometimes. I feel like i am not part of their clic if i don’t stuff my face like them. My mom acts like anyone who cuts down on food is anorexic and that is just ridiculous. Any suggestions on how to deal with them? Why are they acting this way?
I am like 5’3 and 165 and i think i need to eat better and exercise and lose some weight..i want to have a nice body. I am not really overweight my pictures on my yahoo 360 link.

Will ice cream day make me gain a lot of weight?

I am an extremely healthy eater, and generally stick to about 1100 calories a day. I exercise daily, but me and my friend have decided to do an eating challenge where we each eat one carton of ice cream throughout the entire day. Mine is Edy’s Loaded Cookie Dough, and the entire carton has about 1600 calories. I’m going to try to burn off approximately 400 calories through exercise today, but my body is used to an extremely low-calorie low-carb diet. Will this cause weight gain?

Need to lose weight, but I get enough exercise….?

Ok, so I run both cross country and track, so I’m running basically all year long. But, instead of losing weight, I either stay at my weight or gain a little bit. This is because I come home, and when I’m bored, I kinda just eat. It’s such a problem, becuase I eat junk food, like cookies and ice cream and pop tarts, becuase I have a huge craving for sweets. Does anyone know ways that I can stop myself from eating when I’m bored, or to at least eat healthy foods like fruit? They say that if you drink water first, you won’t be hungry, but it doesn’t help because I still crave sweets. Can someone help?!

I’ve begun trying to lose weight again but I need to know, is my diet changes a good one?

Breakfast :
100% Cranberry Juice or Herbal Tea
Whole Grain Cereal -OR- Toast (All Grain)

Lunch :
Water/Herbal Tea
Sandwich with Turkey/Cheese/Pepperoni
OR Sub (Half) with mostly Lettuce/Chicken and Light Oil

Dinner :
Once a week Chinese food
Meat/Vegetables

Dessert : Celery with peanut butter and raisins OR One oatmeal cookie Snacks in between are either a handful of raisins or celery/carrots

If I have to go out or I’m on the road, I’ll have some fast food but I try to drink water with it or just get a salad. I also exercise ever day (crunches and sit ups as well as aerobic exercises and dance) for about an hour or 30 minutes. and once in a GREAT while, I’ll have a soda. I mostly drink if not water or Herb Tea, Arizona and Sobe just to give some flavour. This is coming from a diet of ALL RAMEN, ALL SODA, MOSTLY FAST FOOD! I never had fruits or vegetables before!! Good diet change?

Is this diet healthy?

So i think im fat…Im 14 and i hate my body, so i came up with this diet;

Breakfast-1 Slice of toast, probiotic yogurt and a banana

Lunch- a cookie and water

Dinner- Nothing.

So there we go. :)
Im 5’7 and i weight 115 =/

Is this diet healthy?

Is it okay to binge eat on the weekends?

i am on a diet and consume about 1500 calories a day or a bit less. During the week days i am pretty active but on sundays and saturdays i don’t have anything to do so i get bored and then start to binge on food. Is it okay if i just binge during the weekends and continue my diet during the rest of the other days? Will I still lose weight? I don’t binge on stuff like chips, foods that contain dairy products, meat, cookies…. I eat a lot of tortilla and fruits though, especially some types of breads.
