Will this help me lose weight?

Ok so…
I’m 15.
5’5 and a half.
I weigh 165 pounds.
I don’t look all that fat because I have big boobs.
But I want to get toned before school.

I CANNOT change what i eat.
I stopped drinking soda and I’m not eating night time snakes like cookies and ice cream and things.

I want to get to around 145 or so in about 6 weeks or less.

Im walking for 30 minutes everyday and im doing workouts for specific areas of my body.

Like
Monday I do Ab workouts
Tuseday I just walk.
Wednessday I do butt workouts.
Thursday I just walk.
Friday I do legs workouts.
Saturday I just walk.
Sunday I do a full body workout.

Well If you could give me any tips or tell me if this will help me lose weight and get toned.

I just totally binged and broke my diet!?

Yesterday I had cheesesticks, a cookie, 2 medium slices of pepperoni pizza from Papa John’s, 2 chocolate pastry delights from Papa John’s, and just now I had another 2 slices of Papa Johns pizza! I dont know what to do, Im thinking about going running now would that even help burn it off? I feel so bummed
And ive been on a diet now for a a couple days of fruits, vegetables, salad, yogurt, and doing cardio

I am 18, 5ft 6in, and 195lbs. I am on a 1200-1300 calorie diet and no longer eat or drink soda, juice, cookies and other stuff etc. How long will it take to see results? Will I lose weight with the diet I am on? Plus I only drink just lots of water and/or milk. I walk for 30mins a day? Eventually I switch my meals around as long as its in the 1200-1300 calorie range.

Breakfast:
oatmeal
bluberries or grapefruit

Lunch:
peanut butter
2 Wheat bread
1 cup milk

Dinner:
Salad
chicken breast
whole grain pasta

Snack:
1 granola bar
5 wheat crackers
or light yougurt
I want to get to 175lb by the end of June. Will that happen with my diet?

Today I ate:
a danish, a cortissante(sp?), a foot long chicken teriyaki sub, hamburger, french fries, kosher itallian panini, 2 cokes, a white chocholate macademia nut cookie.

Is this too much to eat in 1 day or am I good to go?

Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat bread and tuna
School from 8 to 4 dont crave any food
Go to the gym until 5:30
Have dinner around 6: brown rice, lettuce, grilled chicken or fish
night snack: banana and grapes, or tuna sandwich

on weekends I usually have a few cookies because I don’t have a time (like I do when I’m at school) where I’m busy constantly
WIll I lose weight by eating like this or is it too many carbs/calories? Please dont suggest adding something else, I’m totally satisfied with the way Im eating right now

I like the ginger snaps the best. I love the ginger spice taste, & it’s also pretty much the healthiest, most nutritious cookie to eat (that’s not a diet cookie). Nice amount of iron & niacin & stuff.

Why can’t I lose weight?

Why am I not losing weight?
I used to eat like a pig and never exercise. Last August I started exercising 2-3x/week and eating better. In January I started exercising 3-4x/week and started cutting out refined and pre-packaged foods, eating more whole foods. In April I started working out 6x/week and getting really strict with my eating.
So now I do RPM/spinning 3x/week, elliptical cross trainer 30min twice a week, and a body sculpting class 1/week (all in the mornings). I eat lots of fruit, vegetables, beans/legumes/lentils, whole grains, with some nuts, seeds, soy, protein powder, etc (I’m a vegetarian). I eat three meals a day but am constantly snacking on fruit/vege (I’m always hungry). I DO however sometimes have treats, like cookies, chocolate, etc when I’m feeling blue or just sick of dieteing. ???
In the year since I’ve started all this I’ve lost about 1kg only! I have not gone down a size in clothes and my measurements seem the same. I feel some muscle tone under the fat though – but find it hard to believe that the scale reads the same because of my newly acquired ‘heavier’ muscles – I’m not THAT toned!
What the heck is going on? I’m sick of these stories of ‘oh I lost 10 lbs in a week by just cutting out Coke’.

has anyone tried Dr. Siegel’s cookie diet, would love to know from a “real” person?

Am I eating healthy/will i lose weight?

Am I eating healthy? ?
I wondering if im eating healthy?
Here’s what i ate today:

A bagel with Marmite
a cup of orange juice
2 and a half cookies
some water
4 half sandwiches-ham and cheese, brown bread
a packet of crisps
an apple
a slice of cake
some water
2 piece of shortbread (105 calories per biscuit)
a cup of brought smootie
A portion of vegetable lasagne
Some cake
A hot drink

Is that healthy.

By the way: On the weekends i go on a 2 mile walk each day (Saturday and Sunday) I dance a little in my room and play with my cat?

I know diets don’t work because I havent succeeded on any and I know its about changing your eating habits and eating in moderation with the food that you like. So devise me a daily eating plan with the foods I like that will help me reach my weight loss goals. They are:

M&m’s, popcorn, chicken strips, Sprite, Water, Yogurt, Burger King, Hot Tamales, Turkey Club Sandwiches, chili and cheese hotdogs, fried chicken wings w/BBQ sauce on the side, Krispy Creme donuts, quarter pounders, Snickers, Ice Cream (cookie dough), watermelon, Shrimp fried rice, pie, pancakes, turkey bacon, fried eggs w/cheese, rice krispie treats, grilled steak burrito(taco bell), jerk chicken with fried cabbage, bananas, Stouffers Lasagna, cheesecake, juice, brownies, bagels, french toast, keebler elf fudge cookies and diet pepsi.

Those are the foods that i like so someone tell me how much i should eat of each and when. Thanx a bunch! :
