if i broke my diet for one day will it hurt me?

okay i used to eat 600 calories and less for the past 7 days and i lost 8 lbs but i broke my diet today i had 3 cookies and chips , but i am going back strickly to my diet tommorow , but will the scale say that i weigh more tommorow morning just cause I ate that?

If I used to eat hamburger helped, ramen noodles, pancakes, candy, cakes, and cookies all the time, and now I’m eating better adding lots of fresh veg and fruits, etc… and water..

How much can I expect to lose like this? (Also more active)

I want to start eating more frozen meals at work instead of mcdonalds like I always do. I’m also trying to eat healthy. Now I’ve bought the Healthy Choice Meals and some lean cuisine but I’ve heard that South Beach makes really good frozen dinners and wraps. I’ve been to both walmart and food lion and all I could find were the south beach cookies. what store sells the meals and the wraps??

I’m 16 weeks pregnant and hungry all the time. I’ve been grazing all day, but how can I improve what I’m eating?

Here’s an example of what I ate yesterday:

Cherios with Sliced Banana and 1% Milk
Apple
1/2 a footlong Subway Turkey & Ham with all the veggies
A few hours later…. The other half
Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup- 2 servings
Two girl scout cookies & a handful of chips <— no good, I know!
Lowfat Yogurt
Prenatal Vitamins

Has anyone ever cut back/taken sugar completely out of their diet?

I have a major sweet tooth. If I could bake cupcakes everyday and eat them, I would. And sometimes I do!! I have always loved sweets, so it is hard for me to say no to cookies, cakes, chocolate, etc. If it is sweet, I will eat it. I have finally realized this is unhealthy, and I need to cut back somehow, but am not sure how to do it. Any ideas???

Is this an okay daily diet for a woman 8 mo. pregnant and trying not to gain any more weight?

Too many calories/carbs?
Breakfast: Peanut butter sand. with honey wheat bread
Lunch: About 1 1/2 cups chicken alfredo
Dinner: 6 oz. steak with about 1cup cabbage and 1 piece of wheat toast with butter.
Snacks: About 1 cup watermellon and pineapple, 1/2 a banana, a handful of whole-grain chocolate cookies, 1/4 cup coleslaw, and 2 slices of wheat bread
Drinks: 2 cups water, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup crystal light.
I also did 45 minutes on a stationary bike, and walked for 30 minutes. I have gained 25 pounds and don’t want to gain any more. Any suggestions on how I can change my diet to accomplish this?

My mom always buys junk food and it tempts me and she knows i’m on a diet! What to do?

I told her not to buy so much and if she does hide it but she dont care she said move out if it bothers you. I have a binge eating disorder so i dont know what to do. I think i have one cuz last night i ate all of the following in under a like 2 hours: 1 pound of strawberries, 4 servings of chips, 10 cookies, an icecream bar, some terriyaki chicken and rice
