I eat 8-10 breads a day, fried vegetables twice a day, some butter, some fruits, tea-coffee twice a day, few chocolates/cakes/cookies. I want to know my calorie intake based on these items that i eat daily
I’ve been doing a low calorie diet at about 1250 cals a day. At night I get so hungry I ate a snack pack of cookies, but when I got up this morning there was 3 packs on my floor next to my bed! I ate in my sleep!!! What should I do?
He wanted me to ask so hear goes!
breakfast: chocolate chip poptart
lunch:jelly sandwich, banana, cheeze its and cookies
snack:sour patches and skittles
dinner: crabs
last snack:chocolate chip cookies
i know not very good but he’s 8 and wants to know so hear it is!
I’m a 16-year-old, skinny male teenager and I’m trying to better my health and get fit. I’m aware of the fact that I need to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly, but I don’t know EXACTLY what to do and what not to do. If this helps, here’s how my,um, diet works for me right now:
————————————————————————————–
Breakfast:
1 bowl of Nutri-Grain or Uncle Toby’s Plus
1 glass of cold milo
2 slice of bread with vegemite
Lunch:
1 or 2 glasses of water
1 sandwich with lettuce, cucumber, a slice of cheese, tomatoes and silverside (a type of meat)
Dinner:
1 or 2 meat chops
Mashed potatoes
Vegetables (e.g. mixed peas and corn cobs, carrots, etc.)
NB: Glasses of water, apples, oranges and/or the occasional 2-4 cookies also come as in-between snacks
————————————————————————————–
Could you please suggest what I could do to change or diet or suggest a new diet?
Oh yeah, the bread used for the sandwich used is usually multi-grain or that Sunblest white bread. And the cookies are chocolate
Prepregnancy, I was 5’8″ and 30 pounds (healthy weight) and I had no health issues (other than allergies during the late summer months).
Now, I’m 26/27 weeks pregnant, and I’ve already gained a good 20 pounds. I find myself overly enjoying waffles with powdered sugar (sprinkled on top, NOT scooped on top), occassional homemade chocolate chip cookies, some “Sunny D” drink (but, when I found out the amount of sugar in one serving- 30g- I stopped cold turkey!), and frosted shredded wheat (lots of sugar in that cereal- I do NOT add any more!). AND, counting all of the other sugar that comes in fruit and our other meals…. I’d be scared to add up all the grams I might digest in one day…or in one morning! Am I over doing it? Do I need to be more careful?
I’m taking the manditory Glucose test in two weeks to check for gestational diabeites (sp?). I’m a little worried that I haven’t been careful enough with my diet.
Opinions? Suggestions? Comments? Thank you!

I am 5’5 and 130 lbs. I want to weigh 115. Thanks.
I don’t need cake and cookies every night, but I do need something after dinner. Are there desserts that are good for me? How about 100-calorie packs are those good for me?
