running.

But, fat doesn't always burn from the areas you want it to.

But lots of cardio and muscle toning with weight machines, as well as with a low fat diet should do the trick.

Lots of water too, but you've heard all that before
(:

good luck.

I am going to assume that you're asking this question for a summer class paper. The overtone in your question indicates this.
Cocaine doesn't get to the weight loss before it gets to the burn off of brain cells. A cocaine addict is so gone out of their mind that food is a very very very forgettable commodity. Cocaine takes center stage in a person's life, instead. From the lack of food consumption is when weight loss occurs, but not before killing brain cells. That takes effect from the very beginning. Cocaine starts doing its job and then the domino effect begins.
To answer your question, it's very effective, but at a high price as you will experience a host of physical and mental issues that will, for sure and without fail, accompany. Since there are a multitude of other routes for weight loss, I would find this "option" highly suspicious--an excuse to sort of include it as a vehicle to weight loss.
I would really question the motive.
BUT....I am still going to assume that this is for a legitimate school project.
I hope this helps some.

There is no way to lose weight fast and easy. It takes hard work. If you want to speed up weight loss do 2 cardio sessions a day at least 45 minutes each and try to lift weights at least three times a week. Using a fat burner helps too.
Another way is to do a liquids only diet and workout. You can lose 10lbs or more in 2 weeks and also working out at least 5 days a week.
There are many weight loss solutions but those are two that have worked for me. Go to bodybuilding.com they have plenty of tips

i read in a magazine that if you do full sit ups with your legs crossed and if you just suck in your stomach for as long as you can 5 times in a row, can help loose some of the weight on your hips

Because there aren't enough homes and there isn't enough space in shelters. Rescue organizations are often on pretty tight budgets - they can't afford to house and feed all the animals that people abandon. The only way they can take care of any animals at all is if some of them are put to sleep. Some animals just aren't adoptable - if nobody wants them, it's kinder to put them to sleep than to keep them in a cage in the pound for the rest of their life.

It is sad, and it's not fair. It's also avoidable - if people didn't selfishly and carelessly breed their pets, there wouldn't be so many homeless pets. Every person who thinks, "I'll just let my cats have one litter," is contributing to the problem. People breeding designer Yorkiepugcockapoo mutts are contributing to the problem. Puppy mills are, too. And so are the people who buy animals from BYBs and pet stores.

As for no-kill shelters - it sounds like a nice idea, but in reality, what happens with no-kill shelters is that they fill up quickly. When they're full, either they have to get even MORE full and overcrowded or they have to turn away some animals. When they turn away animals, where do they end up? In "kill" shelters, or even abandoned on the side of the road. Lots of people criticize PETA and other animal organizations for their policies regarding euthanasia, but the truth is, it is sometimes the only option. When there are no homes for pets, it's often the kindest thing one can do for them. Don't blame the pound for the animals that die - blame the people who gave them up, the ones who bred them.

I believe the current situation could be improved if people were educated about it. People need to realize that there are consequences for their actions - and the cats and dogs being put to sleep in shelters because nobody wants them are the ones who feel the effects of those consequences. Those animals don't have a voice of their own, so it's important that we - humans - do all that we can to make the world a kinder place for them.

I am not sure if they have these things in mens gyms but there is a machine which you place your feet on and basically tweist from side to side, using all the muscles around your waist and stomach, that works well for me.
