Is this an okay daily diet for a woman 8 mo. pregnant and trying not to gain any more weight?

Too many calories/carbs?
Breakfast: Peanut butter sand. with honey wheat bread
Lunch: About 1 1/2 cups chicken alfredo
Dinner: 6 oz. steak with about 1cup cabbage and 1 piece of wheat toast with butter.
Snacks: About 1 cup watermellon and pineapple, 1/2 a banana, a handful of whole-grain chocolate cookies, 1/4 cup coleslaw, and 2 slices of wheat bread
Drinks: 2 cups water, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup crystal light.
I also did 45 minutes on a stationary bike, and walked for 30 minutes. I have gained 25 pounds and don’t want to gain any more. Any suggestions on how I can change my diet to accomplish this?
