i’ve been on a 1200 calorie diet for almost 2 weeks now and i’ve lost 4 pounds in the first week. i’m afraid i might not be eating enough?
breakfast: one egg and one piece whole wheat toast OR 3/4 cup special K with 2% milk
snack: carrots OR orange OR banana
lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with mayo, cottage cheese
snack: yogurt
dinner: lean chicken OR lean steak with pasta, asparagus OR salad
dessert: once a week, one cookie
fcuk the damn "lose 30 lbs without dieting" and all the other siht!!

lol, sorry.
i do aerobics twice a week, cardio twice, and volleyball other days.
fourteeennnn!
