well 1st of all i dont rlly think you need to loose any weight, b/c what you are at sounds fine to me. but anyways your breakfast sounds fine. But for your lunch- dinner here are some tips:
lunch: try to get a more brothy, clear colored soup they tend to have less calories and more water, skip the bbq sause extra calories and try mustard or ketchup, instead of peach cake and orange slice cookies, why not try some fresh fruit?
ur snack is good
Dinner: try to NOT make this the biggest meal of your day. it would b better 2 have some other kind of food other than chickenless nuggets. i also see that you dont eat meat, but u still need protein so why dont you try some beans or tofu, ect.
ur desert sounds ok as long as they are in controlled porportions.
also rmr 2 drink ALOT of water
hope this helps!
