Okay I am 16, 5’7 and about 150 pound give or take. I am trying to loose weight, Because as many teenage girls I am very self conscious of my body. I don’t eat very well, and try to walk or run on my treadmill and I do occasionally do sets of sit ups and ab work outs becuase Id love to have a flat belly. I also try to drink alot of diet green tea and water.
The thing is on a usual school day
I eat-
A snack sized pack of cheezits in second period.
- the occasional school provided grinder or baked chips form the vending machine.
- When i come home I usually have a bagel with low fat creamcheese
-then dinner. [it changes. usually ittalian food. pasta, you know carb filled goodness.]
Then ususally a cookie or frozen yogurt.

Can anyone help me with better eating habbits?
