I wondering if im eating healthy?
Here’s what i ate today:
A bagel with Marmite
a cup of orange juice
2 and a half cookies
some water
4 half sandwiches-ham and cheese, brown bread
a packet of crisps
an apple
a slice of cake
some water
2 piece of shortbread (105 calories per biscuit)
a cup of brought smootie
A portion of vegetable lasagne
Some cake
A hot drink
Is that healthy.

erica, i found your comment very rude and im tempted to report you but i wont. Meat is good for you in some ways, vegetarians are skinny bones! thanks for answering all the same but please be more carful with the way you answer next time

Well, you ate two slices of cake, chips, shortbread cookies, and more cookies. No, that’s not healthy. You don’t have to cut all of it out, but to lose weight, substitute in more healthy snacks- like fruit and vegetables, or crackers. You won’t lose weight with what you’re eating right now.
