Ive gained weight, and im really upset about it. The scale says i weigh 138! im 5’3, i want to lose weight.
i want to get down to 115 or 120.
I know i eat alot, so im going to really cut down on calorie intake. So im thinking
1 apple for breakfast
something for lunch, i have no idea
and a small portioned dinner

will that help me lose weight? that combined with excercise ball workouts and 20 or 30 minutes of hard core dancing?

im 15, i dont think i look fat, but i want to be skinny again. I know i over eat, yesterday i ate WAYYY too much,
bowl of cookie crisps
pizza bites
bowl of cookie crisps
cake
macaroni and cheese

if i follow the eating less plan, will i lose weight>>
i weighed myself on two scales, so i definitely weigh 138 or 139
