Any ideas for a new diet?
Cookie Diet December 30th, 2009
ok so a few months ago I decided to shed some winter weight so I did i lost 11 lbs by eating a little less than 1,200 calories a day with no excercise it took me about 2~3 months aproximately I deprived myself of all things good for that long and then one day I just lost it and ate about 2 lbs of cookie dough I felt terrible but so good at the same time long story short I just started eating more and more I finally realized how much fun it was to eat and gained 5 lbs now i’m pissed cuz that was a lot of hard work (btw i just ate 2 bagels and a peanut butter sandwich xD)
any ideas for a new diet that doesn’t involve starving myself or excercise I hate excercise i’m about 5ft 3in and weigh 120lbs
