Cannot Lose weight no matter what i do?

Ive been trying to lose weight for the past 2 years, but nothing seems to be working.
I eat extremely healthy (no pizza, no soda, no candy, no chips, no Ice cream, no crackers,no cookies, and other unhealthy stuff with tons of fat and carbs.
My daily meal
breakfast:oatmeal/scrambled eggs(2)/banana
lunch:1 cup of rice with some steamed chinese food.
lunch\dinner: 1 cup of rice and steamed chinese food
dinner:1 cup rice with alot of steamed chinese food.
steamed chinese food: vegitables tofu (i am a vegiarian)
I work out about 2 hours every day and includes wieght lifting(day 1 do more, day 2 do less etc.) and i run\walk 2 miles everyday and play basketball for about 30 minutes, 100 situps and 50 pushups(5×10)
I don’t know whats wrong and why its so hard to lose wieght, I also have a problem with sweating, my whole shirt is wet after working out.
I am currently 195lb 5"6 and i am very overwieght…(max out bench 135, ive been working out for about 2 years too)
I can run and jog a decent amount of time before i get tired and longer than most people my age and especially my wieght.
I don’t know what i am doing wrong, I have gained 50lb in the past 2 years and grew about 2 inches. So if anyone have any tips please tell me. I also have a very bad metabalism which i can’t seem to improve, When i eat maybe 2 slices of pizza, the next day i gain 1-2lb of wieght. Sorry if it was hard to understand, I have bad english.

run more. play basketball more. lift more weights. google hiit. once you stop loosing weight you have to change you routine/increase the intensity or the length, because your muscles get used to it.
