can’t lose weight why??

i been on a diet n trying to lose weight.I have not lost one pound…here is what i do and u tell me what i am doing wrong!!
for exsample today-
i walk on the treadmill for 7 minutes and then lifted my legs up and down with ankle weights 3 times each side.. and did 4 crunches and 5 jumping jacks..
ok that is my morning workout.
i ate today
a 3 egg and cheese omlet with 4 slices of butter toast and 1/2 slab of bacon for breakfast.
lunch i had 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 large fry and a chocolate shake
for snack i had 3 oreo cookies and 1/2 a big bag of doritos
for dinner i had 1/2 a bucket fried chicken and a small serving of cole slaw..
i only drank 3 -20 ounce bottles of dr pepper and 1 diet pepsi..
i am still gaining weight even after cutting back on food and i use to get an entire box of coco puffs for breakfast but stopped and i still am gaining..i even workout..what should i do? do u think gastrik bi surgery would work?

Did you say that’s a diet? doesn’t look like it to me. you’re workout is absolutely pathetic. when i took my friend to the gym to lose weight i had her doing a good 200 situps and 50 pushups and have her run a half mile along with using the machines and she lost 20 pounds. and what ur eating isn’t helping at all. just cutting down on fatty foods won’t let you see results. you have to change those fatty foods to foods that are at least half way better for you…get a real diet before you consider surgery.
