would haveing 1 bowl of cookie crisp on diet be bad once a week?
Following the right serving size and eating it with skim milk?
I eat kashi cereal or oat meal or egg whites for breakfast usually with a banana or toast. I only drink skim milk and i exercise and eat healthy all week. My treat day is sunday.
what about eating a couple nilla wafers on my treat day? i usally have something with diet hot cocoa. Sometimes a lil pack of graham crackers that are 90 cals or a weight watchers cookie.
