cookies when maintaining weight?

Rite before breakfast-tsp of natural PB
Breakfast(5:30am)-1 cup kashi strawberry fields cerela with 1 banana and 1/2 cup skim milk. i dont know how much cals the PB was but the other stuff is 240 cals.
Then i made low calorie chocolate chip cookies
"LOW CALORIE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
4 tsp. sugar substitute
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips (3 oz.)
Makes 36 cookies, each 48 calories."
I had 1 but didnt eat the last bite of it lol
Im trying to maintain my weight was this cookie alright since i only had one? no i dont eat cookies everyday. thats the first cookie ive had for a long time lol.
Snack later after a walk- 1 wedge(35 cals) or half a wedge of lite laughing cow cheese, 10 kashi crackers(80 cals).
Lunch-2 100% whole wheat bread(80 cals), baked chicken breast i baked and sliced on it. lettuce, lil mustard, cucumbers. an apple.
dont know what i want for dinner but does this sound ok for maintaining my weight, i dont want to gain cuz im happy were im at noww. i lost 20 lbs by eating healthy no fastfood, no soda no junk food.
Was that cookie harmful?
