did i eat too much today (for someone that wants to lose weight)?
Cookie Diet December 30th, 2009
I ate:
- 1 cup of tea with sugar
- 3 cookies
- 1 serving of beef stew (about the size of my and) and thin bread
- 1 piece of marble cake loaf
and now its 10 pm and I got hungry so I ate a pear lol
i know i ate a lot of junkk but i mean calorie-wise, is it a lot?
i’ll try and cut back on the junk food :/

You didn’t eat nearly enough but much of what you did eat was junk (sugar, cookies, cake???).
You aren’t eating like someone who desires weightloss but someone who is a junk food junkie. Your calories are too low and what you ate was of no nutritional value other than some of the stew and the pear.
Get your calories up over 1200 per day. Find calories for your foods by reading the packaging labels and by looking up items on calorieking.com or calorielab.com. Eat about 6 small meals a day. Plenty of lean protein, fruits and veggies, healthy fats, complex (brown) carbs, and drink lots of water.
Cookies, sugar, and cake are not conducive to weight loss. An occasional treat is fine….but those things should not be part of your daily diet.
