Did I Ruin My Diet? Hellp!!! :(?
Cookie Diet Tips November 5th, 2009Im trying to eat healthier. And I think I over did it today. Its already 10pm here. I ate:
-B: a bowl of "Cinammon Pecan" Special K Cereal with milk(not skim; 1 cup equals 130 calories)
-S: one medium banana
- L: one 200 calorie bagel with one and a half tablespoons of cream-cheese.
-D: 2 eggs with a LITTLE corn oil(HEALTHY), 3 toast(homepride, 1g fat per slice), a little cheddar cheese, olives, green peppers, and cucumbers.
-D: half a sugar-free cookie with a little sugar-free choco. syrup. And a-little more than 1/4 C. Apple Jacks with A LITTLE milk
-S: 6 peanut-butter crackers
-S: one medium meat kabob with red onions
(Im: 5′5, 125-126 pounds, in 7th grade, and 13yrs old)
So, did I eat too much? Did I ruin my diet?
(By diet I mean: Im trying to eat HEALTHIER!)

Umm you probably should of skipped the bagel and 3 slices of toast is too much, especially if there was butter. Try using whole wheat for you breads and get fat free or reduced cream cheese for your bagel or jelly. Why did you eat so much after dinner? Apple jacks & the crackers were over doing it. Unless you are on a sports team, then you need to cut back a little.
I just think it was a little too much for a ‘diet’ and stuff.
