		<description>Umm you probably should of skipped the bagel and 3 slices of toast is too much, especially if there was butter. Try using whole wheat for you breads and get fat free or reduced cream cheese for your bagel or jelly. Why did you eat so much after dinner? Apple jacks &amp; the crackers were over doing it. Unless you are on a sports team, then you need to cut back a little.
I just think it was a little too much for a &#039;diet&#039; and stuff.
