can anyone give me some encouragement or advice? I’m on a diet and it’s gonna be really fcking hard not to eat candy or cookie cake tonight. should i fight it? or have a peice or 2 so i dont go crazy? And if i do have some junk, how long will it take to recover?

Im a 15 year old boy, and im on a 1500 calorie diet along w/ exercise.
