Here's what I've eaten today and it's only 4:34 pm!
Breakfast- chocolate chip cookie
2 bottles of Disani water

Lunch- Turkey, munster cheese, romaine lettuce, mayo, on white sandwich roll

then at like 3 I had a ton of dorritos and a can of Pepsi

AND NOW I'M HUNGRY AGAIN!!!!
am i eating poorly? and how do I keep from eating so much?
