Do you put on weight faster than you lose it?
Cookie Diet Tips November 20th, 2009Like say you eat a KFC meal and lots of cookies and candy in one day, do you get fat the next day or does it take a couple of days to show? And say if you run a lot the next couple of days, do you still get fat or does your weight stay the same?

I look at it this way…
You eat food… it weighs x…. you immediately gain the weight of the food…
Once you poop it out… how much did you retain… keep as fat… ???
let say this… if you run 5 miles you would burn approx 500 calories… that might take you 40 minutes to do… but it will only take you about 5 minutes to eat a few pieces of pizza…
it is all about balancing calories expended vs calories consumed…
if you over do it by 2000 calories one day… it might take you a week to work that off…
