Does drinking water help you lose weight? I dont drink any ever!!?
Cookie Diet Tips November 9th, 2009I litterally drink no water. I dont think i have had any in months. I drink diet mountain dew though. I was wondering if maybe that could help me shed weight? If i add water to my daily routine. I also do not eat any vegetables or fruits, I eat pizza, pasta, bread, cookies and cake. I have an occasional can of corn too. THIS i swear is a stage, I have been craving these for about a year. I dont understand it, but its true. Other than the water what harm am I doing??!! I am twenty four and female!

drinking plenty of water helps drain the toxic wastes from your body so it is very good in helping weight loss. You should drink at least 6 cups a day. Also if you are eating pasta and pizza be very careful as they contain a lot of wheat which causes most people to bloat and it also takes a lot longer to digest. if you eat a lot of pasta i would go for the ones which are wheat free!
(also with bread try not to eat so much ive found it makes me gain weight) and i dont even need to comment on the cookies and cake you must be smart enough to know they are bad for your weight!
