I litterally drink no water. I dont think i have had any in months. I drink diet mountain dew though. I was wondering if maybe that could help me shed weight? If i add water to my daily routine. I also do not eat any vegetables or fruits, I eat pizza, pasta, bread, cookies and cake. I have an occasional can of corn too. THIS i swear is a stage, I have been craving these for about a year. I dont understand it, but its true. Other than the water what harm am I doing??!! I am twenty four and female!
