		<description>drinking plenty of water helps drain the toxic wastes from your body so it is very good in helping weight loss. You should drink at least 6 cups a day. Also if you are eating pasta and pizza be very careful as they contain a lot of wheat which causes most people to bloat and it also takes a lot longer to digest. if you eat a lot of pasta i would go for the ones which are wheat free! :) (also with bread try not to eat so much ive found it makes me gain weight) and i dont even need to comment on the cookies and cake you must be smart enough to know they are bad for your weight! :)</description>
