okay so this is what iv been eating lately
i just wanna know if this is a good diet
im trying to get more fiber and good stuff in my diet
rather than losing weight
im 5,6 and i weigh 130 just to let you guys kno =D

morning:
90 low fat banana yogurt
can of mt. dew

lunch:
100 calorie flat bread with cream cheese
chocolate chip cookie

dinner:
1 small can of peas
1 small can of oranges
90 calories yogurt
1 christmas cookie

oh and i work out almost every night

what do you guys think??
