effective way to lose the most weight possible in a month?

i’m about 5’4 and 120 lbs. i want to lose a little weight, but more importantly tone my stomach. i want a nice, firm tummy, before i go on vacation in april. what can i do in the next month to lose/tone the best i can? i run about 20 mins (1.5 miles) 4 days a week and a little 10 min. ab workout 2 or 3 days. i’m watching what i eat…no ice cream, cookies, cakes, ect. and i’m trying to eat at least 2 or 3 veggies/fruits a day. any other suggestions to have the most productive month? any suggestions are appreciated!
oh and no pills or teas or anything..i’m doing this by eating right and working out.
