I made a Thomas Multi grain light english muffin pizza(s). I sliced the muffin in two, i put 1 table spoon on each side with marinara sauce and low fat mozzerella shredded cheese. i eat those for dinner like once a week with something small(salad, ect). I am on a diet and watching what i eat to lose weight. I dont drink soda, eat fast food, no chips, i basiclly stay out of the middle isles in the shopping center, I only get like the nuts & cereal like that in those isles. I dont eat meat anymore, those poor animals! I look for Low fat or anything else better on every piece of food i get. I look @ the nutrition in the back.

Do those small pizza things sound ok for diet, i eat 3 times a day, healthy snacks in between, i dont eat after 6-6:30. If i do, its an apple. Every sunday i get a treat. This sunday i get a "Hot Latte Lite" from burger king with skim milk and splenda. With that i have 1 weight watcher treat(chocolate chip cookie, lemon square,ect. one of those.) I drink only water during the day plus milk (skim) in the morning to get me going with breakfast.

I also exercise. I go jogging/running. I go to the gym few times a week and run/jog after school everyday.
