English Muffin Pizzas on Diet?
Cookie Diet November 28th, 2009I made a Thomas Multi grain light english muffin pizza(s). I sliced the muffin in two, i put 1 table spoon on each side with marinara sauce and low fat mozzerella shredded cheese. i eat those for dinner like once a week with something small(salad, ect). I am on a diet and watching what i eat to lose weight. I dont drink soda, eat fast food, no chips, i basiclly stay out of the middle isles in the shopping center, I only get like the nuts & cereal like that in those isles. I dont eat meat anymore, those poor animals! I look for Low fat or anything else better on every piece of food i get. I look @ the nutrition in the back.
Do those small pizza things sound ok for diet, i eat 3 times a day, healthy snacks in between, i dont eat after 6-6:30. If i do, its an apple. Every sunday i get a treat. This sunday i get a "Hot Latte Lite" from burger king with skim milk and splenda. With that i have 1 weight watcher treat(chocolate chip cookie, lemon square,ect. one of those.) I drink only water during the day plus milk (skim) in the morning to get me going with breakfast.
I also exercise. I go jogging/running. I go to the gym few times a week and run/jog after school everyday.

I think they are fine. My wife is doing WW and has those exact muffins for breakfast EVERY morning with some sugarfree strawberry preserves on them and she has lost around 50 lbs. I believe they are one point for the two halves which is pretty good. Good luck with the weight loss!!
