Have you lost weight by eating Lean Cuisine?
Cookie Diet Tips July 16th, 2009for months i was eating TERRIBLY. i’m talking cookies for dinner, snacks anytime i want. so recently i’ve cut out fast food, junk food and alot of snacks from my diet. i’m eating lean cuisine, healthy choice, and Smart Ones from weight watchers, i’m also walking and exercising much more. I was just wondering if anyone has lost a significant amount of weight by doing this? thanks so much (:

I’ve heard of people loosing weight due to the lean cuisine’s but i’ve heard there bad for you due to the sodium in them. Anything such as frozen dinners are horrible for you.. Try and only eat them a couple times a week and for lunch try eating some chicken and vegetables, or for dinner fish/chicken with lots of vegetables. Snack on fruit during the day. And you’ll forsure loose weight. Also drink LOTS of water.. i lost 5 pounds by increasing my water intake
