Healthy diet?
Cookie Diet July 10th, 2009Is this a healthy diet?
Breakfast/ Morning Snack:
Protien bar, cereal with 2% milk, oatmeal, or sometimes nothing
Lunch:
Half of a Peanut butter sandwich, a diet soda, a package of crackers, and a nutrition bar.
Snack: A piece of fruit, a protien/fiber bar, or some pretzels
Dinner: A main dish (either meat, pasta, soup, or a sandwich)
Two small portioned side dishes (could be anything from red beans and rice, to fried okra, french fries, corn, salad(rarely), mushrooms, or mashed potatoes with gravy)
A diet soda, sweet tea, juice, or coffee with 2% milk and Slenda.
Dessert: Most of the time nothing but sometimes I’ll have a piece of milk chocolate, a cookie, a scoop of ice cream, or some fruit.
Is my diet healthy? If not, how should I change it? You may also add your daily diet if you want to. Thanks for your answers!

but always eat breakfast, otherwise you’ll want to eat laregr portions throughouut the day.
