Help! Someone Give Me a Diet Plan?
Cookie Diet July 18th, 2009I know diets don’t work because I havent succeeded on any and I know its about changing your eating habits and eating in moderation with the food that you like. So devise me a daily eating plan with the foods I like that will help me reach my weight loss goals. They are:
M&m’s, popcorn, chicken strips, Sprite, Water, Yogurt, Burger King, Hot Tamales, Turkey Club Sandwiches, chili and cheese hotdogs, fried chicken wings w/BBQ sauce on the side, Krispy Creme donuts, quarter pounders, Snickers, Ice Cream (cookie dough), watermelon, Shrimp fried rice, pie, pancakes, turkey bacon, fried eggs w/cheese, rice krispie treats, grilled steak burrito(taco bell), jerk chicken with fried cabbage, bananas, Stouffers Lasagna, cheesecake, juice, brownies, bagels, french toast, keebler elf fudge cookies and diet pepsi.
Those are the foods that i like so someone tell me how much i should eat of each and when. Thanx a bunch! :

Honestly for me diet plan doesn’t work for me, portion control and exercise does. I eat what I want but I make sure I dont over eat. Perseverance and discipline is the key to weight lose and eating fancy diet food basically is not working for me. It may work out for others but not for me.
