HORRIBLE diet cheat DAYSSSS??!!?
Cookie Diet Tips October 28th, 2009here is what i have had for the past couple days:
Saturday: (i did HORRIBLE on this day)
-BREAKFAST: half a cinnamon roll, 3 mini apple pastries, and small bowl of cornflakes.
-LUNCH: (birthday party) one slice of cheese pizza, 1/2 cup ice cream and slice of ckae
-DINNER: (brace yourself) 2 bowls of pasta, small salad, 7 cookies!!!
NO EXCERSIZE!!
Sunday: (this was my best day ![]()
BREAKFAST: bowl of oatmeal
LUNCH: very small amount of roasted chicken
DINNER: salad, 1 ounce ribs, and 1 ounce meatloaf
30 MIN ON ELLPITICAL MACHINE (300 calories burned
Monday: (semi ok) (I went to Universal Studios that day and walked all around so that was my excersize ![]()
BREAKFAST: green tea and corn flakes
LUNCH: Cesar salad and half of a cookie (i had the smaller half ![]()
DINNER: mixed greens salad, a little bit of calamari, half a chocolate cake
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS WAS MY WORKOUT!!
Tuesday (today) (HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!)
BREAKFAST: scrambled eggs, 1 sausage, hash browns, toast with butter and jam.
LUNCH: small cheese quesadilla, 2 hot chicken wings, few tortilla chips, strawberries and grapes.
SNACK: mango smoothie from Booster Juice
DINNER: (none really LOL) but i had a small half of a cinnamon roll, sort of small amount of popcorn, a bowl of chocolate ice cream and slice of cake!!!(i got in late and i had this late night craving for cake and ice cream and popcorn and horrible things!)
I WENT BAACK TO UNIVERSAL THAT DAY SO THAT WAS MY EXCERSIZE!!
i weigh 122 pounds and the scale says 126 but i know all about cheat days and water weight (i have been dieting for a month now and i lost 10 pounds!!) and what not but i have never cheated for like 3 days!! i am so so so scared that those days combined will hurt my diet and stuff!! i need to know if this is bad…i want to eat very healthy this whole week but my family is coming in all the way from the Phillipines and i havent seen them in 3 YEARS!! my aunt is an amazing cook so idk how im gonna control myself but i PROMISE i’ll TRY!! LOL so…help please!?!?!?!?!

i think you should go on a diet after your family comes over, cuz people arent fun when they are on diets. pluss 126 isnt alot i wouldnt worry about it
