5 halve slices of pineapple

I thought I was doing swell until noon time came around
Fuji Apple-1/2
Chocolate jello pudding-Sugar free or was it fat free

Dinner
Shrimp Etouffee with minute rice
1 homemade choc chip cookie.

The dinner was totally not my idea. I didn’t want to hurt my friends feelings by not accepting her home cooked meal so now here I am extremely bloated like an over inflated balloon, I’m uncomfortably, and extremely thirsty.
If I stick to a strict diet of fruit and vegetables, will the bloating go away before the weekend?
