I would work out but i heard gaining muscle makes you shorter, ive tried eating good and watching calories but i always give up after a few days, ive been walking a lot more tho. Has any1 ever heard of a successful diet/ ive heard of the master cleanse, the water diet, the cookie diet, and eating celery for 10 days, i dont really care if its not healthy i just want 2 loose the weight b4 i buy skool clothes (trying 2 drop 25 lbs)
