		<description>You can&#039;t go from sweets to nothing overnight. It&#039;s a slow process. Start off by eating lighter baked goods without sugar or sugar substitute. You can also eat sweet fruits such as pineapple, strawberries, kiwis, Braeburn apples and bananas.  Those are a few of my favorites that I supplement instead of sweets in my diet. You can also try a semi-baked good that I LOVE. Get angel food cake which is a low fat option, top it with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries- WHATEVER!! and get a low fat Cool Whip topping. It&#039;s delicious. Good luck!</description>
