My metabolism is very slow… I mean, if I eat more than a few cookies and/or a piece of cake, my as$ jiggles for a week.
I went from thin/athletic to chubby to average, and now I'm average/border-line chubby.

I don't want to lose massive weight (because I'm not fat) only 5lbs or so…

Also, I'm not a fan of dieting pills and things of the such; they interact with my allergy medications and inhaler.

Do you think just jogging, push-ups and crunches will do the trick? Or is there something else?
