		<description>It&#039;s very difficult to determine; because, I don&#039;t know your body type, smoker or non-smoker, and have you ever worked out before. The trick to losing weight at an age where your metabolism has slowed is to:
A) Burn more than you take in

B) Don&#039;t take so much in ( This does not work for me)

C) Burn so much that you can eat what you want 

As far as jogging I&#039;m going to assume that you have done this before, but not for a while-
Find a track or neighborhood block w/ some grass at the loop point, where the circle meets, and run/ jog once around and get down and do some crunches say fifteen.

Walk a lap and do some push-ups say fifteen

Keep running, crunches, walking, push-ups for 4 to 8 laps skip a day and do it again!!
