How can I stop myself from eating junk food and lose weight?
Cookie Diet July 27th, 2009
I’m a vegetarian (have been for about 6 years) and when I started I was really stupid about it. All I focused on was cutting out the meat, not my new diet. So I just ended up eating junk as the alternative, and it turned into a horrible habit. I am now trying SO hard to be a healthier, skinnier vegetarian and cut out the junk, but my sense of self-control sucks. I can’t seem to stop myself from pouncing at the brownies and cookies. It’s like my mind goes blank and I only realize what I’m doing after I’ve eaten half of it. How can I control myself and take care of my cravings? I think part of the problem might also be that I don’t even know what to replace the junk with. What the hell do I eat???
Thank you for visiting our Cookie Diet website today. We hope you join the program and start losing weight.
The first thing you should know is, Protein burns fat. Essentially you where doing just fine by being a vegetarian. All you needed to do was add between30-60g of protein. There are great alternatives to meat. Such as Protein shakes, (pre mixed are the best tasting). Muscle milk is fantastic. Also cottage cheese, eggs, Brillo Pasta, Yes Pasta. There is a Whole grain Past that’s tastes great and has 17 grams of protein per serving. To help you stop eating the junk and not lose control, write out what you will eat for the day and check it off. You will feel very accomplished. Go to bodyforlife dot com It will explain more and it has all kind of full day by day diet plans. Just substitute the meat with another protein, which they also have a list for.
