How Can You Loose Weight And Keep It Off?

Well it's not much I just want to loose around 5 pounds. Get to around 115-117 pounds
I can loose 5 pounds like in two weeks or a bit more. But how can you keep it off?

It's all about willpower if you want to keep it off really. You need to eat the right foods but also exercise in my opinion. I think it's the best way because when you go to the gym or go for a jog it gives you something to aim for and the results will give you an uplifting feeling and therefore it's an incentive to keep on the straight and narrow. Some people even take weight loss tablets, not the medical ones..but ones which you can buy from a exercise supplement store, you can also buy them off ebay. They speed up your metabolism and are totally safe to take. I think a lot of them also contain green tea too which has obviously been proven to speed up the metabolism too, and much better than drinking it because it leaves your teeth green! As for the food, i would aim to eat stuff which keeps you fuller for longer, such as porridge for breakfast or muesli. Choose wholemeal stuff too, like wholemeal pasta and wholemeal bread, and brown rice. Good luck Stef:))
