How could i improve my diet?

Im 16 Im 5 ft 2 & Am 128 pounds i think (9st 2)
i have been on a diet for nearly two weeks and i eat:
Morning: Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain cookie & a glass of milk
Lunch: Chicken breast, lettuce & barbeque sauce subway in italian bread.
Dinner: bubble & squeak (i cant eat vegetables on there own) with either a minted lamb chop, chicken or something like that
Water,
Fruit juices
and sometimes ill have a glass of Dr pepper
i only lost 2 pound in two weeks
im gonna start exercising tomorrow on my Wii but is there anything i can do to lose weight better? i dont want to lose it to quickly because i want to keep it off.

i suggest you the following:
Morning: Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain cookie (2 pcs) & a glass of milk (skimmed)
Lunch: Chicken breast (200 grams), lettuce in italian bread.
Dinner: bubble & squeak (i cant eat vegetables on there own) with either a grilled chicken/fish (100 grams)
Water,
Fruit juices (no added sugar)
break the diet once every ten days.
i did not want to do major changes on your diet assuming you are happy with this one.
