Morning: Kellogg&#039;s Nutri-Grain cookie (2 pcs) &amp; a glass of milk (skimmed)

Lunch: Chicken breast (200 grams), lettuce in italian bread.

Dinner: bubble &amp; squeak (i cant eat vegetables on there own) with either a  grilled chicken/fish (100 grams)

Water,
Fruit juices (no added sugar)

break the diet once every ten days.

i did not want to do major changes on your diet assuming you are happy with this one.
