I was overweight as a kid and lost a lot of weight a few years ago and have kept it off, but ever since have not been able to continue the weight loss.

I am a 5'8 female and I weigh 165, I exercise at least 3 times a week quite intensely, and I eat better than most of the rest of my college aged friends, but I just cant get rid of the fat, I would love some exercise or diet tips so that I can loose these last 30 pounds or so, finally!
