		<description>You need to find some type of exercise you like, and keep at it...forever and you will be less likely to gain weight.  Can you join a gym?  I find getting out of the house to do exercise really helps and I am more inclined to do it.  I find exercise videos very boring and i hate doing them.  I will do it for a week or two, get bored and quit.  If you go to a gym ther are so many different things to do so you can switch it up and you dont get so bored.  You have to make exercise a part of your daily life and just do it!

Dont try and look good for your boyfriend, do it for YOU!  you will gain confidence and look and feel better about yourself.</description>
