Cookie Diet September 16th, 2009
sometimes i feel like i start losing my motivation to losing weight because sometimes i eat a cookie and things like that but after i eat the cookie i feel awful, and i cant really avoid the foods sometimes because they are there in my kitchen and i cant get rid of them because my siblings always eat junk food and stuff so it is always hard to resist.
what are some things i can do to lose weight and keep myself motivated?
p.s. im 13 years old.
is there anyone out there that is about the same age as me and lost a lot of weight? did your life change in a good way? are you happier? how did your life change? what have u done after losing weight?

I’m thirteen too! I’l ldo my best to help.
#1 Alright, I’ve been taking Hoodia, you can get it at Whole Foods,GMC or order it off of Doctor’s Trust.com. My mom is into health research, and so she has got me into it as well. Hoodia keeps you feeling full, and not hungry for a couple of hours. It works great! Instructions are on the package.
#2 Get rid of temptation! If you have junk food around, it is easy to eat it. I know from experience, very well. You can allow yourself to have soda, popcorn, cookies, blah. One-two times a week. I’m big on ice cream. My dad always has a tons of it around. So, I tell myself no, I asked him to keep it at his office. Simple things such as asking go a long way.
#3 Boredom! Mainly when you are bored, you tend to eat more. I only have one older sibling. But I do have pets. Take the dog for a walk, plays with your hamsters. Get out some yarn for the kitty. Clean out the fish tank. Stay busy. It works!
