Breakfast: organic weight loss cereal stuff with skim milk
Lunch: scrambled egg whites with low fat cheese on a wheat english muffin
Snack: a weight watcher’s cookie (90 calories)

I’m thinking of having another snack of fruit salad and then I’m not sure what for dinner. Am I eating good today? Will I lose weight eating like this?
I exercise every day. sorry I forgot to add that. i usually run 2-3 miles and do ab exercises
