How is my diet today?

I'm not truly dieting, but trying to eat moderately healthy and low fat/calorie….
Breakfast: Carnation instant breakfast and a little dole mixed fruit cup.
Lunch: Turkey and Swiss on whole grain wheat.. blueberries.. small bag of dorritos… large chocolate chip cookie
Dinner: Bowtie pasta, steamed broccoli, and baked chicken topped with a little bit of jarred alredo sauce.

Mmm, cookie sounds good… Okay I'm back. Obviously the cookie is not great. Maybe try a Weight Watchers chocolate cake, they're really good and only 80 calories. As for dinner, chicken is really good, only like 80 calories, and the broccoli is good also. If you could substitute whole wheat pasta for the bowties that would be better, and the alfredo sauce is a big no no, so if you must, then just very little.
