I’m 5’2 and 140lbs. I am beginning to eat healthier, not diet because they don’t work. If I have a small craving I’ll have a cookie that day. I job 2 miles on the treadmill everyday. How long do you think it would take me to lose 20 to 30 lbs. Also I am 17, turning 18 in November, with a normal metabolism. I know you can’t tell how each individual would lose weight but I just want your opinion on a healthy time frame to lose it.
