Im a 16 year old guy and not a 40 year oldl lady haha so my metobalism is fast, and ive also been on a diet before a real strict one and i lost like 6 pounds like like 3 days, but it was real strict. Anyways if i ate fruits everyday and clean stuff like fish, chicken breast and salad, had like vegetables n all that and drank lots of water a day, and then at the end of the day have like a cookie or 2 or something, and also on top of that do like a hour of walking a day. How long would it take me to loose it? Thanks!!!
