One of those cinnamon raisin bagels from Shoppers with light butter. How many calories are in one, or maybe just half? And would it be okay to eat these like twice a week while dieting? What about eating a half for breakfast, and the other half for lunch? – with other healthier stuff of course.
My mom just bought the bagels in a clear, plastic bag, so I have no idea what percentage of stuff is in it.
